This indenture made and entered into this 22 day of April A.D. 1852 between Jacob Hussung and Elizabeth O. Hussung of the first part and Samuel Carr of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventeen dollars and fifty cents to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part all that certain tract or parcel of land situated lying an being in the County of Gallatin on the waters of Craigs Creek and bounded as follows to wit. Beginning at the bridge, running with the Turnpike Road 50 poles to a honey locust and sugar tree in a line of James Furnish thence with said line 28 poles to a hickory near the bank of Craigs Creek in a line of William Littrell, thence with the meanders of said creek 48 poles to the beginning containing three acres more or less. To have and to hold the aforesaid described premises together with all and singular the rights privileges and appurtenances there unto belonging on in any wise appertaining unto him the said Samuel Carr his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs do covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second pat his heirs to warrant and defend the title to the aforesaid premises free from the claim or demand of all and every person or persons claiming or to claim the same whatsoever.
In testimony whereof the said Jacob Hussung an Elizabeth O. Hussung his wife hath hereunto set their hands and seals.

This indenture made and entered into this 15th day of February A.D. one thousand eight hundred and fifty two, between Thomas G. O’Neal and Angelina O’Neal his wife, of the County of Gallatin and State of Kentucky, of the first part and Jacob Hussong of the county of Gallatin and State aforesaid of the second part, witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of seventy dollars, secured to be paid by note, with a reservation of a lien on the land for the same here granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell, alien and convey unto the party of the second part all that land or parcel of land situated and being in the County of Gallatin on the waters of Craigs Creek and bounded as follows. to wit. Beginning at the bridge running with the Turnpike Road 50 poles to a honey locust and a sugar tree in a line of Daniel Furnish thence with said line 28 poles a hickory near the bank of Craigs Creek in a line of William Literal , thence with the meanders of said creek 68 poles to the bridge and beginning containing three acres more or less. To have and to hold the said tract of land and premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to their only proper use and behalf forever and the said party of the first part their heirs Exers. and Admis. the said tract of land and premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns against the claim or claims of all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend. In testimony whereof the said party of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their sealed the date first herein written.
